Joseph P. Elcik, 63, of 20 Amity Street, died at St. Francis Hospital on Tuesday after a short illness.
He leaves three sisters: Mrs. Joseph W. Dereche, with whom he made his home; Mrs. Melnot Frank of Hartford; and Mrs. George Evanesko of Lisbon Falls, Maine.
He is also survived by a brother, John Elcik, also of Lisbon Falls.
The funeral will be held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Evanesko, on Saturday, with burial in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery, Lisbon Falls.
Friends may call at the funeral home of E. G. Fisette in Hartford today from 1 to 10 p.m.
