I committed a MAJOR BLUNDER last night. I deleted the Gamache Ancestry Tree. I was tired and can I say “it was an accident” and I know better. I am sick over this because I spent a lot of time creating it, and it was lengthy. Thank goodness I have most of it written down in my notebook and will start from scratch.
If I shared it with you on Ancestry, you probably lost it too. I’ve looked at your flash drive, and it’s awesome. I’m going to save the files and pictures on my computer. Between doing that and doing the Gamache Ancestry, I have enough to keep me busy for a longggggggg time.
Jack has started playing pool two nights a week, and I’ll do a lot of it then. We do a lot together during the day, and it’s difficult for me to find blocks of time to spend on the computer. We’re making Loksa today, and that’s time-consuming. I cooked the potatoes yesterday and put them in the refrigerator overnight. I roll them, and Jack butters them after they’re done cooking in the pan. Jack made a Loksa pan many years ago, and we always use that. He’s been craving it, so that’s today’s project.
I also have a very LARGE garden that needs cleaning up before snow flies, and I’ll start working on that this week. Jack likes the gardens but HATES working in them. I, on the other hand, LOVE gardening. It’s one of my summer hobbies!!
I talked to Nancy yesterday and will send you the list of birthdates/marriages you want.
Just a little update on a few things and to let you know how mad I am at myself, and I haven’t forgiven myself YET for my BLUNDER. I’ll get over it and move on. It can be “fixed!”
The Gamache Ancestry Tree is my priority!!
