Tracy L. Adams Sr.
Tracy L. Adams Sr., 84, of Randolph Ave., died Friday morning at the Veterans Hospital, West Haven, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Bridgton, Maine, April 29, 1886, a son of the late Harry A. and Annie Sharon Adams, he had made his home in Meriden for the past 19 years.
He is survived by his widow, Rose Harvey Adams of Meriden; three sons, Charles H. Adams of Naples, Maine, Tracy L. Adams Jr. and David J. Adams, both of Rockville, Connecticut; two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Wentworth and Mrs. Edith Baker, both of Meriden; 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., with Rev. A. D. Busdiecker, minister of Grace Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be Monday in Edes Falls Cemetery, Naples, Maine.
