Story Scouts by Ancestry.com

StoryScout takes records and weaves them into a story. The stories are supposedly about individual ancestors of ours. We found the concept to be entertaining. But caution is advisable.  The generic ones are interesting and do no harm.  Others may be misleading or false.  We should be skeptical and look for proof that any story actually applies to one of our ancestors.

A HUGE DOSE OF CAUTION is advised, along with additional research and confirmation before accepting any StoryScout stories as factually about your own ancestor. – Ancestry’s New StoryScout: Be Cautious

All six of the stories presented to us are examples of generic stories.
