I obviously had a great time visiting.
Normally I use a phone only to get text messages from Pam or the kids. Our conversation lasted over 2 hours and 15 minutes. They will be ribbing me about this for weeks.

Cousin Johnny
P.S. I can’t wait to call “Jim” Jamie.
Discussed:
- The Warlock story was verified. In fact, Nancy would have liked to inherit her father’s power to wish away warts.
- The Farm – Pam, and I visited the farm early in our marriage. Shortly afterward the farm was used to illustrate a book called Bird.
- Pet cows – The cows still on the farm today are referred to as Larry’s pets by Nancy. Cute.
- Land (growing to 150 acres) – The farm has grown since our visit.
- Quilting – Nancy’s hobby. My Dad and Wanda were one of many to get handmade quilts. The pictures are gorgeous.
- Rental property, evictions – Nancy is having trouble eviting renters. The Covid virus is being used as an excuse to delay the normal process.
- The house with an indoor pool that Pam and I remember is still standing. A relative once owned it.
- Nancy is working as a government contractor with passports.
- Larry is working at shipyards and using his Electrical Engineering degree.
- Jack inherited the house at 45 Davis Street in Lisbon Falls.
- The Coodle is the nearby swampland where we kids used to play. I tried to buy the domain coodle.com because of fond memories.
- I remember the Chicken Coop, but it is no more.
- I remember the custom kitchen cabinets, which can be seen in the pictures on Zillow.
- I asked for help with the ancestry research.
- For the first time, I mentioned the possibility of a book based on our ancestry research.
- Rebecca and Kippie’s story was verified.
- Captain Elcik while not a relative doesn’t mean we don’t have Indian blood in the family.
